Randstad is currently recruiting for an Administrator position to join a large transport and logistics company on the Gold Coast for an immediate start.
Ideally you will have experience within this industry - booking in freight or similar however not essential!
This is a full time permanent position to start January 2025
Key duties -
- General administration duties and customer service
- Booking in freight, pick up bookings
- Scheduling and allocating time slot deliveries
- Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Assisting with depot pallet control
- Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed
- First point of contact for all enquiries
Ideally you will have -
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- Must be computer literate and experience using excel to track freight
- Previous experience in a transport admin role is highly desired however not essential
- Excellent customer service and a communication skills
You will be joining a supportive company with on the job training.
