Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a Year 9 student with Autism Spectrum Condition and ADHD. The successful candidate will offer academic and emotional support, helping the student thrive in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer one-to-one support tailored to the student's individual EHCP needs.
Assist with communication, interaction, and social skills development.
Provide targeted academic support in core subjects.
Foster a positive learning environment and encourage independence.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum and with ADHD.
Strong understanding of EHCPs and tailored learning plans.
Patience, resilience, and adaptability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teachers.
