Their work emphasizes providing value to patients and healthcare professionals while advancing cutting-edge therapies.■ Role and ResponsibilitiesShape brand strategy and elevate product awareness in a role that connects you with industry leaders and cross-functional teams. Lead promotional strategy, manage agency partnerships, and drive business excellence through planning and KPI reporting, making a local and global impact.■ Main tasks include● Support the country level brand strategy and action plans by leveraging the global and regional strategy and plans ・Develop effective working relationships with opinion leaders and other key stakeholders to establish the company’s cell based therapies in the country ・Partner with Medical Affairs, Government and Public Affairs to ensure effective development and implementation of strategies ・Conduct performance tracking / monitoring, including any required action planning ・Utilize high level of business acumen in analyzing and coordinating activities from identified industry trends, competitor’s resources and practices ・Collaborate with regional marketing team to share local market insights that can inform the development of global brand plans● Support and implement the promotional communication strategy and tactics ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy ・Work alongside the global, US and EU marketing colleagues to develop and produce compliant promotional materials ・Manage external agency relationships (i.e., advertising, public relations, medical education vendors) to develop promotional deliverables● Drive excellence in commercial efforts, including business planning / forecasting and KPI reporting● Ensure all marketing activities are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
■ Basic Qualifications
・Deep understanding of hematology/oncology and cell therapy landscape
・Strong leadership in managing cross-functional, multicultural teams
・Proven ability to create and execute complex marketing and business plans
・High-level product and therapeutic knowledge for effective promotion to opinion leaders
・Excellent command of written and spoken English
・Bachelor’s degree required
・Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with marketing and sales knowledge
・Track record of successful product launches or sustained commercial growth
■ Preferred Qualifications
・MBA or related advanced degree
・Recent experience in B cell malignancy/oncology and knowledge of associated funding and clinical challenges
