We are then looking for an Onboarding Support Specialist to join Airbus in our GBS in Lisbon. You will be contributing to the “ramp up” of Airbus by providing support to the newcomers (Onboarding process) while also coordinating internal mobility activities for several Airbus subsidiaries and regions worldwide where we operate.
Main Team Leader activities:
● Support and assist the team on management dimensions (assessment salary increase, promotion, management of competencies, training, development)
● Responsible for the team ́s operational performance
● Propose and implement process harmonization and standardization between the different legal entities and promote an end to end approach
● Prepare reporting:
○ KPIs to internal customers and stakeholders to display process performance
○ Propose mitigation actions with internal customer and other stakeholders
● Propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities
● Act as first point of contact of the mission lead to share any issues / capacity / escalation / support / improvement ideas
Main operational tasks and responsibilities will include:
● Preventive support
○ Anticipate newcomer arrivals with system changes in link with Recruitment actors, processes and tools.
● Curative Support
○ Provide L2 support to identify onboarding issues root causes (HR, etc.)
● Coordination of internal mobility activities in link with ad-hoc Stakeholders
● Follow-up & Reporting
● Continuous Improvement: Ideate, propose & test ideas on processes, tools, and digital solutions. Document Knowledge articles and communicate updates (i.e: coherence with chatbot content, etc.)
Fluent level of English;
Previous experience working with SAP, Workday, IT Directories, Onelogin;
Problem solving / analytical orientation;
Ability for structured working;
Strong team player with the ability to support and accompany change;
Ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders;
Capacity to improve, understand the big picture and end vision;
As a Plus:
Usage of ServiceNow (Management of Incidents, Requests, HR Cases)
Working with Agile methodologies
ITIL Certified
