- Lead and manage an onboarding team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
- Continously enhance and streamline the onboarding processes to ensure efficient and compliant client integration
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify necessary documentation as well as perform required AML/KYC screening and due diligence/ sanctions/ watchlist checks
- Continuously analyze and optimize the onboarding workflow, identifying areas for improvement
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, adjusting onboarding procedures accordingly
- Prepare and present onboarding performance reports to senior management
skills and experience required
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in onboarding roles, ideally from a brokerage environment
- Ability to take initiative and act independently, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
