They are looking to recruit an Onboarding Lead to manage the end to end onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition across all systems and services. You will work closely with various teams to enhance client experiences, improve operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Lead and manage an onboarding team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
• Continously enhance and streamline the onboarding processes to ensure efficient and compliant client integration
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify necessary documentation as well as perform required AML/KYC screening and due diligence/ sanctions/ watchlist checks
• Continuously analyze and optimize the onboarding workflow, identifying areas for improvement
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, adjusting onboarding procedures accordingly
• Prepare and present onboarding performance reports to senior management
