There are three projects running simultaneously for data centers that need someone on-site to support the Project Manager. This role involves two main aspects:
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding fire installation systems.
- Communication Skills: Coordinating with various stakeholders involved in the projects.
Currently, the team doesn’t have anyone with the right mix of both technical expertise in fire installations and strong communication skills needed for this role.
Description:
- Manages or supports customer projects with responsibility for successful execution on location
- Accountable for (partial) project management on construction sites, represents project management on location, leads qualified employees in one functional team.
- Oversees completion of administration according to performance standards agreed (on schedule, at requisite quality level, on-budget).
- Coordinates contractors before and during execution of work.
- Is responsible for the overall successful execution of the (sub) project on location, coordinates overall planning of the project and may decide on allocation of resources on location
- Establishes efficient methods/processes for site controlling and reporting.
- Is responsible for the implementation of customer specific requirements
- Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
- Monitors compliance to standards, regulations, laws, quality and EHS guidelines
- Coordinates agreed commissioning measures onsite.
- Maintains communication
