about the job / manager
We are currently looking to hire an Offline Marketing Executive for the dynamic marketing team! You will be primarily responsible for broadcasting EDMs, data analysis work, handling leads and also providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Sort incoming leads according to preset standards, then forward qualified leads to the leasing department.
- Work together with internal teams to make sure lead processing and follow-ups go smoothly.
- Analysing and Reporting Data.
- Gather, arrange, and maintain inquiry data on various digital platforms for analysis every month.
- Assist in producing summaries and reports on lead performance and trends.
- Prepare and distribute eDM campaigns and vacancy listings.
- As needed, provide the marketing team with administrative and marketing support.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
skills and experience required
- Minimum a Diploma Holder with 2 or 4 years of offline marketing experience
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment.
