THE ROLE
As Administration Support, you will be providing assistance to the Adelaide team including the General Manager, Regional Projects Director, Senior Project Manager and Contract Administrator.
This role requires someone who has a high level of detail, motivated, proactive, positive, accommodating and open to miscellaneous tasks.

Part time applicants strongly encouraged with minimum availability of 3 days
Duties include but not limited to:
- Coordinating catering, refreshments, equipment and audio-visual requirements for meetings and guests
- Coordinating office amenities and supplies for all staff
- Ensure the smooth running and general tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Liaise with accounts to set up new suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
- Enter purchase orders, new contracts and variations
- Check entities on invoices and returnable schedules are in line with the executed Contracts
- Take receipt of and compile invoices for project and activity coding and authorisation within prescribed timeframes
- Enter claims and issue for review and approval
- Review and verify contractor and consultant invoices for approval
- Execute other general administrative activities to support projects as needed
- Manage and maintain relevant registers
- Assist in preparation of Monthly reports
