Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Office Manager will include, but not limited to:
- Processing work orders and PO's, and invoicing customers
- Entering bill of lading (BOL) and printing packing slips
- Creating order confirmations and order entry, coordinating logistics when needed
- Updating internal spreadsheets, Advanced MS Excel is required
- Coordinate between the sales team and the organization
- Assisting with HR responsibilities including recruitment activities and managing Inbox and correspondence
Qualifications
What do you possess to be the successful candidate in the Office Manager role?
- 3-5 years of administrative and/or customer service experience from working the in manufacturing industry in a related role
- Working knowledge of SAGE 50, Simply Accounting and/or QuickBooks is preferred. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with invoicing and billing - attention to detail is essential
- Flexible as the business is ever changing and you need to be able to adapt to new tasks as they come
- Highly self-accountable and are able to prioritize your day to day tasks, taking initiative and keeping HR and the owner updated
- You have impeccable communication both written and verbal
