Primary duties will include: You will liaise with external stakeholders for financial and administrative related matters in Japan. You will liaise with external banks, vendors, governmental agencies and/or regulatory agencies and communicate with internal stakeholders within and outside of Japan. You will assist in the invoices process and support accounting/finance. You will manage front desk reception area, break room, conference room/s, and storage facilities for the office. You will answer all incoming calls and are responsible for greeting office visitors and coordinating guest access with building security. You will receive and organize deliveries and shipments, oversee office supply inventory and place orders, unpack and stock supplies. You will liaise with building management and other tenants, facilitate office upkeep and repairs, plan and execute office events, place food/beverage orders for meetings/events assist with new projects and maintain conference room calendar. You will support office executives when required. You will support the Compliance team and other departments when required. You will serve as central point of contact for IT and office related matters.

Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Bilingual (Japanese and English) is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including social and conflict management.
Prior experience in Finance is essential, and experience in HR is ideal
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and Microsoft Office suite
