Responsibilities

- Supervise daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, arranging maintenance when necessary.
- Oversee administrative staff, assigning tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas.
- Handle communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Establish and uphold office policies and procedures.
Qualifications
What you have to have:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and office contracts.
- High level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
