【Missions】This position will perform all administrative management tasks, ensure seamlesscommunication, manage general affairs procedures, and support HR functions. Fluency inJapanese and English is preferred.・Facility Management・Car Lease Management・EHS・BCP・Office Relocation Project【Main Responsibilities】• Establish and maintain office procedures and policies to ensure smooth day-to-dayoperations.• Ensure office security and safety.• Efficient manage in car leasing.• As a part of Business Continuity Plan Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring thecontinuity and resilience of our organization during unexpected disruptions or crises.• Responsible for office facilities, equipment, temporary staffing arrangements, andmanagement of related contracts• Ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities to promote a positive health, safetyand environmental culture and build strong cross-functional relationships.• Lead the identification of hazards and environmental issues to improve.
求められる経験
• 5+ years of proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
• Qualification of Eiseikanrisya(衛生管理者)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Japanese and
English.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in GA
