This role is fully on site role with a beautiful office in downtown Toronto's financial district.
We are looking for someone with top-notch communication skills, and experience with Office coordinator /Corporate Receptionist experience in fast paced office environment .The ideal candidate is someone super organized and thrives on efficiency supporting consultants and clients .

Responsibilities
-Handle administrative tasks such as supply ordering, mailroom organization, invoice reconciliation, and support for Ergonomics and Safety programs,
-Provide daily support for site operations, including reception coverage, visitor services, meeting setups, and break room maintenance,
-Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external clients,
-Manage vendor oversight and facilities, coordinating preventive maintenance visits.
-Support Consultants with Administrative tasks if needed
-Making sure office is in order and running smoothly
Qualifications
-A minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Coordinator or Corporate Receptionist or similar roles.
-Organized multi-tasker who is able to manage multiple tasks
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
-Ability to interact professionally with executive stakeholders and colleagues.
-Collaborative team player.
-Demonstrate initiative and competence in completing tasks and being proactive
