Responsibilities
Welcoming customers/external visitors (serving drinks, presenting the premises)
Ensure a physical presence at the organization's reception
Take charge of orders for supplies (cell phones/computers/stationery, etc.) for the organization's 3 buildings
Hybrid room management during workshops
Support the operational and customer service team;
All other related tasks.
Qualifications
Good oral and written communication in French and
English requested functional
Experience in a position similar to this one
Diploma of college studies (DEC) in administrative techniques or secretarial work (an asset)
Mastery of MS Office
Sense of priorities
Autonomous, team player, attention to detail, multitasking, organized, resourceful
Excellent communication skills.
