Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome Visitors: Be the friendly first point of contact for parents, students, and staff.
- Manage Communications: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with efficiency and professionalism.
- Organise Records: Maintain accurate student and staff records, including attendance and admissions.
- Support Staff: Assist teachers and senior leaders with administrative tasks to keep the school running smoothly.
- Oversee Supplies: Manage stationery, equipment, and resources to ensure everything is stocked and ready.
- Coordinate Events: Help plan and execute school events, trips, and meetings.
- Handle Confidential Information: Work with sensitive data while maintaining strict confidentiality.
