Your Duties:
... - Provide a professional service to the business by welcoming all clients, visitors and guests in a friendly manner
- Preparation of drivers run sheets
- Actioning emails and answering phones
- Accurate data entry into a variety of systems including SAP and Excel
- Assist with other clerical tasks as requested
- Monthly reporting
About you:
- Experience in logistics and/or transport industry
- Experience in Freight industry (essential)
- Experience using SAP (essential)
- Microsoft Office experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
