Your New Role
Step into a busy Office Administrator role where every day is varied and rewarding. Working closely with a supportive and approachable Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the Sydney office running smoothly while building your skills and making an impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide personal assistance to Directors, including diary, email, and travel management.
- Support the Office Manager with day-to-day operations and administration support.
- Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, onboarding, and smooth daily operations.
- Handle invoicing, accounts, expenses, and IT setups.
- Assist with event planning, social media, and branding.
- Contribute to projects and company forecasting.

About You:
- Previous experience in Administration, Reception, Office Administrator, or Personal Assistance is a plus.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Suite (training available if needed).
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying organised.
