Currently seeking an experience individual who is comfortable wearing many hats for a Production company. This position requires proven, accurate and up to date order information, shipments, and general office skills in combination with an excellent, flexible customer service attitude. The incumbent works with internal and external customers at all levels to problem solve.

Responsibilities
- Receiving and entering customer orders into SAP system
- Providing timely and accurate information to customers (i.e. Samples, technical information, custom papers)
- Maintain relations with carriers for shipments
- Contacting customers to resolve complains, problems, returns and inquiries
- Checking and processing of all invoices
- Maintain all employee files, process timesheets
- Other related tasks in Coordination with the Plant Director
Qualifications
- Fluently bilingual (French and English)
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel experience
- Experience with SAP and ADP is an asset
- 2+ years experience in Administration within a Logistics, Manufacturing or Production industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organized and a sense of urgency
