Responsibilities
• Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
• Supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records.
• Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
• Oversee office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed.
• Establish and implement office policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
• High school diploma. Ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm accurately.
• Computer skills to include MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently. Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
• Perform general office duties within a field branch office which require knowledge of company procedures.
