• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage office inventory, and place orders as needed
• Collect and distribute the mail, redirect to other office as needed
• Operating office equipment such as printers/copiers, laptops
Qualifications
• High school graduate, minimum 21 years old
• Good customer service skills
• Previous experience in an office setting
• Experience using Teams, Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, Outlook)
