Responsibilities
- Inbound calls; Processing customer requests and data via email or calls.
- Respond and take care of customer problems and inquiries.
- Act as liaison between customer and sales
- Update bookings when necessary and notify all affected parties of changes.
- Coordinate with terminal operations to assure efficient and effective handling of shipments
- Assist clients and transfer to the right department accordingly.
Qualifications
- Based in or around Montreal
- Forwarding/shipping, transportation experience is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the Office suite, ease to understand customer oriented software's.
- Sales Force /CRM an asset
- Bilingual (French & English) is required to communicate clients within Quebec and worldwide
