Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Ensure the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of children are met.
- Maintain accurate records of children progress and achievements.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues.
- Support the implementation of the school's ethos and values in daily practice.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Passionate about early years education and child development.
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and commitment to child welfare.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Good knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
