Are you a level 2 or 3 Early Years practitioner with an NVQ or Cache certificate? Or perhaps an experienced Nursery Nurse? Are you looking for a new opportunity? Would you like flexible day-to-day work or a long-term opportunity? Do you want to be in charge of your own availability and work when you want? Are you available from January 2024?
We are currently recruiting for ad-hoc, short and long-term Nursery Assistants in January to support a primary school in Lytham, our client's building and resources are second to none and rarely found in a primary school. They have their own Art and Music rooms, Dance Studio, children's kitchen, a wildlife area and even their own radio station amongst many others. Currently, they require qualified TAs/nursery staff to support the nursery on a day-to-day and long-term basis in the new academic year. Ideally, a successful candidate would be familiar with Read Write Inc. phonics and if possible continuous provision, this will also be desired to support long-term applications at this school.
These positions will either offer a flexible working week or set hours over a short-term period (normally 6 weeks or less) or a long-term period (normally exceeding 12 weeks/ 1 term or longer). You will be matched to a position based on your availability and preference of hours. This is a great opportunity to get your foot into the door of a new school and showcase your ability to support future applications with the school or increase your CV content to support applications elsewhere.
Pay is £13.50-£15 per hour and will be reviewed at AWR and in April with changes to minimum wage.
