Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to design and improve product formulations.
- Assist management in testing and refining recipes and processes.
- Evaluate product quality through sensory testing.
- Create and maintain technical documents, including specifications and reports.
- Organise pilot trials and scale products for production.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to guide development.
- Support packaging, compliance, and customer presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Food Science or related field
- At least 1 years experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of food regulations, standards and quality assurance principles
