This southern based leisure centre is one of Adelaide’s leading indoor aquatic centres. Located in the City of Onkaparinga, Noarlunga Aquatic and Recreation Centre boasts a pool area for families, a 25m lap pool, a fitness centre and three basketball courts.
The Role
Randstad is recruiting for experienced customer service officers and kiosk staff. The Noarlunga Aquatic and Recreation Centre runs a Learn to Swim program, facilitates birthday parties as well as a diverse range of events, sports, and activities. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for being the front of house of the facility. You will be the first point of contact of our regular and new patrons and will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the local community. You will be energetic and enjoy working with children.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Provide relevant information regarding services, hours of operation and general inquiries
- Ensuring all bookings are registered in the system
- Responding to face to face, email and telephone queries
- Complete housekeeping duties.
- Assist with kiosk and stock activities.
- Assist with Court sports activities.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
- Report all risks or potential risks.
Centre Operating Hours
The Noarlunga Aquatic and Recreation Centres are open between 6am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 7am and 4pm Saturday, and 9am and 4pm Sunday.
We would need the successful candidate to be available to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
Customer Service Officers are required to possess all the following certificates:
- Provide CPR
- Provide First Aid
- WWCC
- Child Safe Environments
