Minimum requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years-total experience in direct-to-consumer business role, corporate marketplace role or marketplace finance position;
- Demonstrated success in delivering results leading cross-functional teams;
- Ability to grasp technology concepts/functionality and translate to business capabilities;
- Strong Microsoft Excell skills;
- Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Flexibility in working hours: SEC working hours are roughly 10:00 - 19:00 (Monday till Friday);
- Program management experience preferred, previous experience with SAP integrations preferred;
- Previous experience working with Nike's Master Data setup and experience working iwth Nike Global teams and understanding of the internal matrix structure is a big pré.
what will you do
We are looking for an inspiring Master Data expert who can be both on top of the details and influence others through simplifying the complex to show a compelling vision for the future capabilities enabled by SEC. We want a very strong, resilient team player who can work in a cross-functional, geo-global team which works closely with 3rd party consultants. We want future leaders focused on delivering results and building an inclusive and positive work experience for the full team.
You will bring subject matter expertise and enterprise thinking to Marketplace Activation within Nike’s Strategic Enterprise Capabilities. You will assist in innovating and creating the future vision of Nike Direct, that will enable timely and profitable delivery of product to the consumer.
What you will do:
- Provide subject matter expertise in the Master Data set up, validation and deployment necessary to execute Nike’s long-term strategic vision;
- Represent Nike Direct in cross functional meetings and workshops to identify connection points with the EMEA SEC team;
- Provide subject matter expertise and connection with subject matter experts across geographies to facilitate insights and best practice globally;
- Identify specific gaps and requirements to support the critical capabilities needed for Nike’s future state vision as well as current business processes;
- Gather, document and finalize globally aligned process flows for capabilities across Nike Direct
where will you work
In the role of Nike Direct Master Data Lead you report directly into the Director, SEC EMEA Nike Direct.
You will be an important part of the SEC EMEA team and will work closely with both your Nike and Accenture colleagues on the functional and wider EMEA SEC teams.
You will also work closely with the SEC global functional team based in Portland, Oregon
You will have interactions with the wider EMEA Functional leadership teams to provide critical program updates and gather feedback.
