As a Senior Boutique Inventory Specialist, you'll work on logistics and inventory management, organizing and assisting with the smooth running of the boutique. You'll interact with boutique staff, customers and the manager, ensuring compliance with all quality, safety, health and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities
- Provide regular feedback to the Store Manager regarding the stock situation
- Maintain an inventory control system that provides accurate and up-to-date information on open stock orders
- Ensure that logistical transfers are carried out within the store's correct supply parameters
- Receive and verify merchandise received at the Boutique, in accordance with policies and procedures
- Review stock levels in the warehouse and, based on the production planning model and sales history
-Ensure they meet specified delivery requirements as well as customer requests
- Promote and develop actions to streamline processes and improve quality with logistics.
- Verify that backroom/off-site storage is well maintained, areas are identifiable and stock is well kept in accordance with safety and operating guidelines
- Red zone system tracked and reported and stock returned to main warehouse as per guidelines
- Train all store personnel on inventory procedures
- Manage a team of 1 to 6 stock specialists depending on store volume and assist BM with performance appraisals
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Versatile, autonomous, available, open to change and flexible
- Have a sense of health and safety
Asset:
- Strong interest in our products and in coffee in particular.
