Our client is looking for a MultiTrader to work on a mobile property maintenance contract in the Coventry and Birmingham area.
- Salary £33000 PA
- 40 hrs PW - 8-5
- company van and fuel card
- must provide own smart phone for PDA , apps will be provided device compensated of £20 per month will be paid.
- must provide own power tools
- Standby (optional - 1 in 5/6) would be considered after probation £50 per call out
- clean DL Required
- must pass a regular drug and alcohol test - will happen on day 1
- Ideal person with a carpentry background with good all round knowledge of property maintenance
- Can you competently plaster up to a 2m square wall - you do not need to be fast, just capable?
