Key Skills / Responsibilities:

• undertaking any planned or reactive maintainence including-
• 2nd fix carpentry duties
• minor patch plastering
• replacing tiles
• Reporting in to management team

Requirements

• A good attitude & strong work ethic
• NVQ or time served carpentry experience
• Experience ina multi trade or domestic property role
• Health and safety knowledge
• Relevant experience and references from previous contractors
