Randstad C&P are seeking a Static Multi-Skilled Electrical Bias Engineer to join our clients team, responsible for the FM (Facilities Management) maintenance of a large commercial site in Stockton-on-Tees.
The Package:
- Competitive salary of up to £38,000.
- Standard Monday to Friday hours, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring the effective operation of all systems.
- Focus on maintaining, inspecting, and repairing electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs as needed, such as plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations (e.g., BS 7671) and adheres to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Must hold relevant electrical qualifications - 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering or FM maintenance role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and general building services.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- Full UK drivers licence.
