- Coordinating recruitment process for contingent hiring
- Leading conversations, diagnosing challenges, and developing solutions with Hiring Managers
- Providing stakeholders with advisory and expertise within MSP field and the relevant market
- Performing compliance checks on job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Collaborating and negotiating with external agencies
- Screening CVs, preparing shortlists, and maintaining the VMS tool updated
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an MSP Talent Advisor would be a great asset
- We also welcome candidates with previous experience in similar roles where you had to deal with different stakeholders and keep compliance on the right track
- Familiarity with VMS tools like SAP Fieldglass, and/or ATS systems e.g. Ariba
- Fluency in German and a good level of English proficiency - you will use both languages
- Advisory/Consultative skills - previous experience with working with external stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model - office is based in Budapest
