Responsibilities include:
- Post selection offer , onboarding through VMS tool for contract resources through suppliers for
high-volume, customer facing roles (Both IT and Non IT)
- Relationship building and consultative approach with internal team, hiring managers, suppliers
and candidates
- Operations process compliance and system administration
- Follow up with the suppliers / candidates during various stages of the recruitment process to
ensure there is no lag or delay
- Coordinate with the Talent advisors for all post selection , onboarding and off-boarding
process
Basic qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience
- Ability to work on multiple systems and various applications simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while
building positive relationships
- Proficient in VMS tools like Beeline / field glass
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work
environment
- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's
reputation and success
