Responsibilities
-Client Service Excellence: Respond to mortgage inquiries from clients, offering guidance on mortgage products, refinancing options, renewals, and other related transactions. Ensure all required documentation is collected and processed in a timely manner.
-Sales Achievement: Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads, focusing on helping clients secure the right mortgage solution. The role involves handling a variety of transactions, including mortgage purchases, refinances, early renewals, and title transfers, with the goal of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Mortgage Expertise: Stay up-to-date on market trends, new products, and industry regulations to effectively advise clients on mortgage options and ensure they understand all terms and conditions.
-Relationship Building: Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure seamless mortgage approvals and funding. Build lasting relationships by providing personalized, knowledgeable service.
-Shift Flexibility: As this position supports a contact center with hours ranging from Monday to Friday (8 AM - 9 PM) and Saturdays (9 AM - 5 PM), the role requires flexibility with shift scheduling.
Qualifications
-Bilingual: Fluency in both French and English is essential for this position, as it supports operations across Canada.
-Mortgage Experience: Previous experience in residential mortgages is required, with a solid understanding of mortgage products, market trends, and pricing. Mortgage underwriting experience is an asset.
-Client-Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to finding the best solutions for each individual situation.
-Tech-Savvy: The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, embracing new tools and digital systems to enhance service delivery and achieve sales goals.
