- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand the reach and impact of a prominent beauty brand within the modern trade sector.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key chain pharmacy accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Align sales and marketing strategies to maximize impact and drive growth through effective campaigns and targeted promotional initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and track key performance indicators to ensure consistent growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of key account management experience in the fmcg beauty/skincare/personal care industry.
- Experience managing chain pharmacy channels (Watsons and Guardian preferred).
- Adaptable and ambitious individual seeking to lead a team.
