We are currently seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team, covering the areas of Reading, Twyford, Caversham, and Henley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work flexibly and autonomously in a hands-on role, maintaining and repairing building fabric across various commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and plastering.
- Performing PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance work.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Working independently to manage workload across various sites.

Requirements:
