Our client is looking for a skilled individual to join their team on a high street and banking contract ensuring all maintenance is sought too in a timely manner.
Package:
- Monday to Friday
- Company Van(Personal Use)
- Core hours Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- Employee Shares Schemes, Reward programme & Employee Assistance programme
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on high street commercial buildings across west Yorkshire
- Covering Bradford, Castleford, Dewsbury, Halifax.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of the building fabric as required
- Carry out escorting duties of sub-contractors as and when required
- Control of water testing regimes and upkeep of the water log book.
- Procure materials and equipment to carry out works through the Supervisor or Manager.
- Complete work sheets for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representative.
- Advise Client of minor additional works and compile estimates through the Supervisor or Manager.
- Attend call outs/breakdowns, carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as required.
- Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration
- Be part of a call out rota
- To ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
Requirements:
- Background of facilities maintenance
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing (Highly desirable)
- Full clean driving licence
- Be able to provide a clear Enhanced DBS
- Credit check to be carried out on role offered
