The Role:
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team helping individuals with disabilities live their best lives. You'll provide:
- Personal care and assistance with everyday tasks
- Support in social activities and community involvement
- Guidance in health and well-being goals
- Collaboration with families and health care professionals
Requirements:
- Must be UK-based with full rights to work without sponsorship
- Willingness to relocate permanently to Mid Argyll
- Previous experience in care or support work is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided
- A caring, compassionate, and patient attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
Start Date: Early November 2024
