- develop scalable solutions - use the latest in Tech to handle large traffic spikes and many millions of REST calls per microservice per day
- ensure technical integrity and quality control consistency throughout the development life cycle
- guide a community of tech experts that are working within scrums
- organize interactions between the members of the chapter to nurture best practice and encourage knowledge & tool sharing
- act as a supporting leader, rather than a line manager, aiming at maturing the organisation readiness, vs controlling the work
- provide guidance and harmonization of chapter best-practices (Chapter principles)
- be a mentor for the members of the chapter, helping them grow in expertise and experience new areas
