Job description1. Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of MICE tours to ensure seamless operations. This includes managing group visas, air tickets, hotels, rooming, etc. 2. Identifying areas for improvement in operations processes and procedures and implementing measures to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of MICE tour operations. 3. Managing relationships with vendors, such as hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, giveaways vendor, airline ticketing team, visa team, etc. to ensure that they meet quality standards and deliver services as per agreed-upon terms. 4. Ensuring that all services provided to customers meet or exceed quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections, and resolving any quality-related issues. 5. Developing and managing budgets for MICE tours and ensuring that costs are controlled within the approved budget. This includes identifying areas where cost savings can be achieved and implementing cost-saving measures. 6. Leading and managing a team of operations professionals. This includes setting goals, providing coaching and feedback, handling crises situations and ensuring that team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
