about the job
- To manage the team & the execution of the digital transformation initiatives covering MES, SAP, and RPA.
- Responsible as the bridge between plant personnel and global IT teams to define technoglogy requirements as well as system enhancements
- Cross functional collaboration to ensure alignment of the business, the systems, operations as well as regulatory compliance
- To manage the maintenance & development of databases
- To encourage automation through RPA, custom application development, and low-code platforms like PowerApp
- To use Power BI / Tableau to deliver necessary actions based on the data
- To ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
about the manager/team
The role is an individual contributor role where you will lead the digital transformation initiative covering the integration of MES, SAP, RPA, and data architecture. The focus will be more on manufacturing systems, data analytics, and process automation where you will lead both traditional business systems and current innovative digital technologies.
about requirements:
- Someone who has at least 8 years of handson working experience in various manufacturing systems and its integration is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone who has at least 4 years of managerial experience in manufacturing system and its integration is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with a strong expertise in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), SAP, Power BI/Tableau, and RPA is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with exposure in either one of these ; programming languages (C# / .Net / HTML / JavaScript)/ low-code platforms like PowerApps is an added but not compulsary.
- Those with exposure on Industry 4.0, including automation, data analytics, and machine connectivity.
- Those who familiar with data architecture, including database management, reporting tools, and automation technologies is an added but not compulsary.
- Those who familiar with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 is an added but not compulsary.
