• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• More than 2 years of customer service / commercial experience in Payment Service Provider
• Technical background in Payment Service Provider. • Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skill.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent responsibility and adaptability to working pressure.
• Technical Knowledge of Shopping Cart Platform, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
