MISSION OF THE ROLEFor a given line manage Merchandising activities both in-season and pre-season as well as identify new business opportunities and strategic proposals for investment to drive growth and maximize profitability MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibility1: - Implement the annual product and merchandising strategy for all levels of the distribution Region/ market/ store/ line/category - Partner and develop a constant dialogue above all with Retail Managers but also with Finance to agree elaborated brand buying strategies and seasonal buying plans , providing continues update according the store performancesResponsibility 2: - Develop a clear understanding of competitor strategies, positioning charts, pricing analysis and produce regular executive briefings supporting the regional strategy - Use key market trends, performance results and customer insights to create strategies, to support seasonal actions and product placement - Manage appropriately the in-season allocation activity according to the store and market needs or requestsResponsibility 3: - Indicate, based on the buying strategy, delivery and replenishment plan ,partnering with Retail Merchandising Customer Service , Retail and Logistics for the implementation according to plan and needs - Support GMM and provide input and collaborate with Finance and Retail in the definition and implementation of the Markdown strategy, Sale activity, as well as the product lifecycle flow within DOS and Outlet

- Strong communication , influencing and presentation skills
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to analyze and understand product performance and market trends and ability to translate into precise needs for the Market (forecasting and statistical modelling knowledge)
- Capability of understanding customer trends and strategically drive and formulate business strategy through collection portfolio management
Key Experiences
- 3-5 years in luxury merchandising or merchandising related activities
- Education Bachelor’s Degree
