• Project Execution and Control - Verify that the project layout matches the GFC (Good For Construction) drawings and, in case of any discrepancies pointed out by the architect, collaborate with the PMC and contractor to adjust the layout accordingly. Ensure that all site work is executed according to the approved GFC drawings. Assist in preparing the baseline schedule in coordination with the contractor and the Site Manager. Ensure the availability of resources and the completion of pre-commencement tasks to prevent delays. Evaluate the organizational chart submitted by contractors and ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements. Follow up with contractors to ensure adequate resource deployment according to the plan.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance - Maintain Compliance register & all other supporting documents. Track and proactively inform RO about permission/licenses which are about to be expired. Raise the RFI in case of requirement of change in specifications from the architect and ensure timely closure.
• Safety Management - Organize safety training for the PMC, contractors, and on-site staff, and ensure that adequate safety equipment is available at the site. Create and maintain a safety checklist for the site and ensure it is consistently followed.
• Project Handover - Monitor the execution of customizations and the removal of snags by the contractor to ensure minimal snag points at the time of handover. Support CRM by providing necessary details for the finalization of Facility Management (FM) services. Coordinate with the FM team to address and rectify complaints within the defect liability period.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication - Ensure adherence to the weekly schedule by monitoring every day progress. Escalate deviations and ensure corrective actions.
