Cumberland Council is seeking a committed and empathetic Mental Health Adult Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care team, supporting adults with mental health needs in the Carlisle area. Key Responsibilities:

About You:

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Experience in mental health social work and supporting adults with complex mental health needs.
Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and partnership working with multi-agency teams.
Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to empowering individuals facing mental health challenges.
Knowledgeable in legal frameworks related to mental health, including the Mental Health Act.
