Job Description: Randstad is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Medior Agile Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to agile principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and support teams toward achieving project goals.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach in public sector environment.
Certification: Must hold at least one relevant certification such as PSM or PSPO or SAFe or Agile PM or Jira/Kanban.
Education: A bachelor’s degree (HBO or equivalent) is required.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch is essential.
