your tasks
- coordinating educational and scientific activities,
- supporting administrative and operational activities,
- managing the logistics of internal and external meetings,
- preparing materials and collecting documentation for ongoing activities,
- supplementing, recording and archiving documentation in the internal systems,
- providing technical support for internal systems (Veeva),
- processing and monitoring purchase orders,
- collecting and processing invoices,
- planning and settling departmental expenses, supporting budget control,
- coordinating internal audit activities within the department.
