- Boost sales within the assigned territory by implementing a strategic plan and adhering to company KPIs.
- Meet established sales targets with assigned product range.
- Drive business development by acquiring new clients and expanding the company's customer base.
- Exhibit strong audience management and communication skills to ensure all customers receive essential sales messages during presentations.
- Recognise potential issues and devise action plans to address them.

- Experienced in servicing health care professionals
- Must have relevant experience of the products
- Able to develop, grow and service multiple accounts/markets
- Ability to assess market (territory) and opportunity, prioritise, develop, and execute sales strategy and plan to obtain desired growth and revenue targets.
- Great interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Patience and composure when communicating with medical staff
- Must be able to solve problems with products, customers, and accounts
- Maturity and the ability to adapt quickly to both independent and team-oriented environments
