Responsibilities and Duties:
- Completing document preparation for Independent Medical Examination (IME) requests, including FOI, clinical notes, and other relevant materials for IMEs
- Updating Service Decisions on active claims, ending decisions on finalized claims, and adding decisions as required
- Contacting clients to follow up on general authority forms and uploading forms to Avanti upon receipt
- Managing FOI requests and radiology reports —communicating via messages or email
- Tracking IME, supplementary, and addendum reports and coordinating with examiners
- Uploading reports from external system to the internal system.
- Processing invoices.
- Handling indexing tasks
- Drafting introductory letters or stability notifications to clients, following task-specific instructions
