■ About the CompanyOur Client is the Japanese branch of a global luxury group renowned for its prestigious brands in high-end timepieces, jewelry, and fashion accessories. The company is dedicated to building a lasting presence in Japan, focusing on sustainable value creation in the luxury market.■ Summary of the positionThis position is responsible for leading media buying and executing communication activities to increase brand awareness and gain audiences’ understanding of the maison.In consistency with international brand direction as well as local business objectives, plan and roll out Media Plan including tie-up activities to assure qualitative & quantitative exposures. ■ Key Responsibilities:▶Planning & Executions of Media Plans・Build media strategies with qualitative & quantitative exposures and reach maximum level of targeted audiences.・Execute and implement media plans (both print & digital) effectively and efficiently including tie-up activities, on time and within budget.・Manage and control the brand position in the media landscape to establish the leading position in the market. ・Ensure synchronized media activities online and offline.・Manage the media agency to optimize SEA effectively as well as other digital campaigns e.g. programmatic and display. ▶Executions of Digital Communication on Owned Media・Manage owned social platforms including official ・Facebook, Line and Instagram to post local topics on a regular basis.・Explore and bring in new digital knowledge to the maison. ▶Co-work with External/Internal Stakeholders・Lead and manage the media agency team.・Build good relationships with suppliers and production agencies.・Work effectively with PR manager.・Co-work with other internal teams such as Sales, ・Marketing, Retail, and HQ to achieve best exposing opportunities.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
・5+ year experience in Media (preferred) or Marketing field
・Luxury brand business experience is a plus
・Experience in owned and bought marketing preferred
・Professional; Able to negotiate in tough situations and win trust
・Good communicator; Articulate thoughts clearly
・Strategic; Understand business direction of the Maison
・Digital savvy; Curious about digital evolutions
・Fluency in Japanese and in English
・Excellent skills in writing and wording
