- Title: Static Plumber (Mechanical and Multi-Skilled)
- Location: North East UK
- Salary: upto £37,000 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive maintenance on plumbing, mechanical systems, HVAC units, and building fabric.
- Carry out PPM tasks according to the maintenance schedule, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing systems, mechanical equipment, and HVAC units.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.
- Coordinate with other maintenance team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks) to provide emergency maintenance support, with a standby pay

Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential: NVQ 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
- Desirable: Additional mechanical qualifications, such as City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC certifications, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, mechanical maintenance, HVAC, and building fabric maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage workload efficiently
